Yes! This is Grand Teton National Park's best moderate hike!
this trail has it all! A boat ride, decent elevation gain, amazing Hidden water fall(Pun intended), pretty views of Jenny lake and meadows plus we saw a lot of kids on the trail.
We arrived at Jenny lake visitor center at 5:13 PM and the last boat to leave from the West Shore boat dock is at 7PM. So we had under 2 hours to take the boat ride, hike up to inspiration point and be back! We made it in 1 hour and 10 mins and I have to agree it was a bit of a rush for me but still a lot of fun!
Now, if you miss the boat, no worries, you just have to walk around the lake and back to visitor center which is about 2 and half to 3 miles.
