OVEN BAKED COD FISH
three pieces COD FISH

chop them all together fine
transfer to a bowl
add 1 to 2 tablespoon oil and mix

1 tablespoon light soy sauce
half teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chili crisp or chili oil
mix
preheat the oven at 425 Fahrenheit
arrange the fish on a baking sheet
lined with oiled Parchment paper
bake for 15 to 20 minutes
enjoy with the dipping sauce
