Описание: Welcome to the MUSIC IS THERAPY SHOW where I talk with guests and/or chat with you about our experience with Music As Therapy. We discuss the latest in science and new developments in Music as a form of Therapy for people suffering from a wide range of dis-eases like PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Physical, Psychological and Emotional Trauma, Grief and Loss... just to name a few! Music not only offers relief, but combined with other therapies, can be Life Changing and even Life Saving for some!

On today's MUSIC IS THERAPY SHOW, I'll be discussing the live theater as a form of therapy. In this age of AI and the inability decipher from real or fake people actors backgrounds worlds etc.. I can't express to you how transformative and how amazing a good theater show feels! Yes I used the word feels for an obvious reason because you won't get the same feeling sitting in front of your TV at home then you will in a theater full of another several hundred or thousand people watching a live theater show being acted by live actors with live music lights and the other stage tricks from the good old days! If you haven't been to a live show lately I highly recommend you check out your local theater and if not just go there for the experience of watching and being part of the member audience.. but perhaps join and be part of the show! I saw The Addams Family show last night and it was fantastic!
