A delicious twist on the classic corn dog. A popular street food for a reason! It’s a yummy snack enjoyed for their combination of sweet, savory, and crunchy elements. YUM!

INGREDIENTS:
Filling:
4 hotdogs, rice cake, fish cake, sausage of choice
5 pieces string cheese, mozzarella
vegetable or canola oil for frying
Batter:
1 and 3/4 cups all purpose flour (210 grams)
1 cup warm water (240 ml)
2 tsp active dry yeast (6 grams)
2 tbsp sugar (24 grams)
1/2 tsp salt 3 grams)
Coating and toppings:
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (60 grams)
ketchup
mustard
sugar
