US Defense Secretary James Mattis said there was "very little doubt" Russia interfered in the US elections, and rejected military collaboration with Moscow, after a NATO defense ministers meeting in Brussels. Shortly before Mattis' remarks, Russia expressed readiness to further cooperate with Washington with President Vladimir Putin saying it was in the interest of both countries to restore communication between intelligence agencies.
