Evan has a hefty portion of carbs, protein, and fat for breakfast since she typically starts the day with a recovery run or session. Regardless of the intensity, Evan follows each run with a calorie dense meal within 30 minutes. It’s all a part of the refuel and recovery process to prep the body for the next day. Today, Evan enjoys a comforting ham, egg, and cheese on ciabatta with a side of greens and tots.
