I couldn’t find any good videos online for the circuit open relay or fuel pump relay location on a 1997 Toyota 4runner I’m working on. I finally found it so I wanted to make it easier for you guys to find it later on. This is the location of the EFI and fuel pump/circuit open relay.
The circuit open relay is located inside by the driver’s left leg, beneath the interior fuse box attached to it or nearby.  Hope this video helps.
