Option: add 2-3lb hand weights
🏃🏼♀️2 minutes run: 6.6 - 9.0 mph speed
🏃🏼♀️2 minutes incline walk: 10.0 - 12.0% at 3.2-3.5 mph speed
Repeat this cycle for 30-60 minutes, whatever works best for YOU!
