Run LLMs locally

Описание: This is an effort to introduce Local Large Language Models by pulling a small model like llama3.1. For better speed and accuracy it is requested to use high end computers with dedicated GPUs and pull large models like DeepSeek, GPT5 etc. Thanks and regards.
