Описание: The Magic of Hall Effect Sensor
In this video, I will show you how to build a simple and fascinating DIY project using a 4-pin Hall Effect Sensor. This project is powered by a 3.7V battery and uses two LEDs with a 100Ω resistor to demonstrate how magnets can control electronic circuits without any physical contact.

The interesting part? I actually recovered this Hall Effect Sensor from an old CPU fan. Its pins were too short to work with, so I soldered wires to extend them and gave the sensor a second life. This is a great example of reusing electronic components instead of throwing them away.

👉 Project Steps:

Connect two LEDs (red and yellow) to the Hall Effect Sensor.

Use a 100Ω resistor to protect the LEDs.

Power the circuit with a 3.7V battery.

Bring a magnet close to the sensor and watch the magic happen — the yellow LED glows when one magnetic pole is near, and the red LED lights up when the polarity is reversed.

✨ How it works:
The Hall Effect Sensor detects the presence and polarity of a magnetic field. Depending on the pole of the magnet, the sensor outputs either HIGH or LOW, which controls which LED turns ON. This makes the sensor an excellent choice for magnetic switches, security systems, and contactless controls.

🏠 Where you can use this project:

As a contactless ON/OFF switch for small gadgets.

In bicycle or motorcycle speedometers to detect wheel rotation.

In door and window security systems to detect open/close positions.

For educational electronics projects to understand magnetic field detection.

As a DIY fun trick to surprise your friends — looks like magic but it’s science!

This is a simple, beginner-friendly project that anyone can try. It only requires a Hall Effect Sensor, a couple of LEDs, a resistor, and a small battery. With this setup, you’ll learn how magnetic fields interact with electronics and how sensors make modern devices smarter.
