Originally I would use the CSM text-to-speech mode, but the Mega Drive doesn't have a Timer interrupt, so I can't make use of it.

So I use the sound effect mode.

CSM_A is a version that does not reset the voice when the pitch changes.
CSM_B is the version that resets the sound effect every frame.

B is easier to hear, but noisier.
