Used- Totani Model CT-35VSC Single Lane Stand Up Pouch Converting/Making Machine. Capable of speeds up to 240 cycles per minute (depending on application). Set up as a single lane stand up pouch with zipper (single web). Has a model HK-40 film unwind: Max roll width of 900mm and max roll diameter of 600mm. Edge guide with EPC registration. Center folder is 90 degree turn v-style. Infeed, Bottom punching and gussting section. has longitudinal sealing section with 2600mm frame length, two 640mm seal bars, two 510mm cool bars, one universal floating zipper seal plate. Cross sealer section with 3544mm frame section length, main servo motor and main drive for up/down beam. PLC controlled film draw system . Five cross sealers (60mm wide). Has optional digital positioning assist, additional upstream longitudinal section for zipper seal (1955mm frame section length), additional servo draw roller, additional longitude sealer, additional cooling plate, additional zipper unwind, additional "S-type" punch unit and carriage with (2) 6mm hang hole punch blades. Additional corss seal unit w/drop down and TD fine adjustment. 1M cross fram section. Large punch deive for handle hole or sombrero hol. Mfg in 2020. 3/60/200V.
