Awakening Divine Memory | How-to-Live Talk With Meditation

Описание: Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Ritananda shares wisdom from the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda on the importance of cultivating both human and divine memory.

Brother Ritananda explains that a better memory helps us on the spiritual path because we can concentrate better, which is needed in meditation. And we can, through a developed memory, glean more easily the lessons we are meant to learn through life’s experiences, and avoid the same (and other) mistakes going forward.

This talk emphasizes that a good memory benefits us as a student, in our professional life, family life, every other aspect of our lives as we travel on the spiritual path.

This talk was given on January 10, 2022, at the SRF Lake Shrine Temple, in Pacific Palisades, California.
