Victor Martinez Shoulder Workout - Mr Olympia 2004 Prep

Have you seen the Shoulder Workout of the 2007 Arnold Classic Champion and Mr Olympia runner-up ,Victor Martinez from his 2004 Mr Olympia Prep, represented by Mocvideo Productions.

He starts his today's workout with three alternate sets of seated Dumbbell Lateral raises with heavy Dumbbell Presses.

Cable rear delts alternating that with Pec deck reverse flies will be the next exercise and he performs three intense sets of that.

The next exercise will be two sets of Barbell upright rows, followed by three heavy sets of Shrugs on the machine.

The last exercise in his shoulder regiment will be two sets of Seated dumbbell front raises followed by a single set of Standing Dumbbell raises and thus he finishes his today's Intense workout.

Now it's time for some post workout Posing.
