Our West Coast 2025 trip kicked off with an early departure from George, heading towards Cape Town. After arriving in the Mother City, we wasted no time taking the Table Mountain cable car, soaking in the breathtaking views over the city and coastline.
From there, we explored the Two Oceans Aquarium, followed by a relaxed stroll through the vibrant V&A Waterfront. As evening set in, we made our way to our hotel and enjoyed a well-deserved dinner after a full day of exploring.
The next morning, we left Cape Town and headed for West Coast National Park, where tranquil lagoons and open landscapes set the tone for the day. We also visited the West Coast Fossil Park in Langebaan, stepping back in time and learning about the region’s fascinating prehistoric past.
A scenic day drive took us along the coast to St Helena Bay, Paternoster, and Saldanha Bay—each town offering its own unique charm, coastal views, and relaxed West Coast atmosphere.
Our final day was spent unwinding in Langebaan, enjoying the sunshine and seaside vibes at Club Mykonos. We wrapped up the trip with an unforgettable 10-course dinner at the legendary Strandloper—a true West Coast experience and the perfect way to end an incredible journey.
