(buttermilk brine)
1 quart buttermilk
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 packet Goya Sazon
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne
1-2 tbsp cajun seasoning
Sandwich:
brioche burger buns
butter
2-4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (largest you can find)
2 cups all purpose flour
1 packet Goya Sazon
pickles
lettuce
Salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cajun seasoning (all to taste)
Sauce:
1/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2-3 tbsp sriracha (depending on heat preference)
2-3 tbsp ketchup
worcestershire sauce (few dashes)
1 tbsp minced garlic
salt & pepper (to taste)
