52 Day Wild North Atlantic Island Camping Adventure - E.6 - Down the Big River

This is Episode 6 of my New 6 Part Wilderness Expedition Series.
Follow Me and Saku through a wild island in the North Atlantic Ocean. We get dropped on the fringes of Newfoundland's 2,895km² Bay Du Nord Wilderness Reserve, an impressive untamed tract of wild country. There we will spend two months unsupported and far from civilization. The goal is to explore 300km of its uninhabited woods and waterways. But it will not be easy. It's hard work all the way but with it come rewards bigger than most can imagine!

Episode 6 storyline: After many days and nights in Newfoundland’s magical and unforgiving wilderness the 100km downriver trip begins. Many lakes, portages, rapids and waterfalls stand between us and our Atlantic Ocean finish. Bellies are getting hungrier and we hope the fishing picks up again.

Be prepared to feel the elements, taste a true wilderness journey, and travel the old way leaving the motors behind.
