Villa Cristina is quietly located in a residential area at the top of Cumbre del Sol, which overlooks Moraira. However, it is only about 300 m. to a supermarket, restaurant and a pharmacy. The Cumbre del Sol’s own beach, Cala Moraig is only about 2 km distant.

The property has a hillside location and is terraced. From the street level with the parking for 2 cars a few, wide stairs lead around the house to the house entrance at the pool-/seaside of the property. The generous villa consists of 2 floors. The upper floor is equipped with many and large windows, the lower floor is partly built below pool level, but all rooms have windows. It is perfect if traveling with family and friends, both separate apartments are connected with an inside stairway, but have also separate entrances from the outside.
You enjoy three dining areas around the property: at the pool with built BBQ and stone table and benches; the downstairs kitchen is conveniently only a few steps distant from the BBQ area. At the roofed terrace / Naya upstairs and on the right side of the house with the best sea view, easy to reach from the downstairs kitchen too.
