The rules contained in this book do an amazing job of immersing you into its story. Hellscapes and Anomalies will complicate your games with random effects, some good, some bad. While Unbound Adversaries simulates hordes of roaming daemons, or any other NPC enemy you can think of, who will attack both players indiscriminately. There's even a simple structured campaign system that is easy for anybody to pick up without needing an entire powerpoint lecture. The rules were so passionately crafted that they WILL stand the test of time, even after 10th Edition fades into a distant memory, just because of how fun they are. You could even use these rules as foundations for crafting your own campaign mechanics.
