Описание: New Jersey’s Department of Community Affairs figured the state right now needs 65,410 affordable units for current residents and 80,798 more over the next 10 years. It broke the numbers down for each city and town, and 24 municipalities have already joined up to sue the state, calling the obligations unconstitutional.
