Описание: Carly is the Science Outreach Coordinator at Rainforest Connection (RFCx), a non-profit harnessing the power of sound to protect biodiversity and conserve ecosystems worldwide. In this BioacousTalk, Carly will discuss updates from RFCx's global projects/collaborations and give an overview of RFCx's Arbimon platform, a free, web-based ecoacoustic platform that does not require coding or programming knowledge. Arbimon consists of a user-friendly interface that can be used to upload and store unlimited audio recordings, visualize and annotate spectrograms, and develop species detection and classification models via supervised or unsupervised methods. Users can also easily visualize results through Arbimon Insights. Carly will explain typical workflows used by RFCx and external users in Arbimon to translate audio into conservation action.
