Help your clients avoid blood sugar highs and lows so they have the energy to thrive each day. Learn how the foods we eat affect blood sugar and how to support healthy, balanced meals and snacks. The lesson was presented live on November 6, 2025.
In this 3-part series, participants will gain essential knowledge and practical skills to confidently support daily diabetes management. Designed for staff supporting adults in community integrated living arrangements (CILAs) and Community Day Service programs, family members and caregivers will also benefit from new knowledge and skills. Up to 3 Continuing Education Units are approved for Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDPs), with 1 CEU per webinar. The approving provider is the Division of Developmental Disabilities through the Illinois Department of Human Services. CEUs may be claimed through January 2029.
