Описание: Amid financial constraints faced by the state government, Gummidi Sandhya Rani stated that more time is needed to fulfill the promise of a salary hike for Anganwadi workers.

During a meeting held at the Secretariat, the minister held discussions with Anganwadi leaders regarding their demands. She explained that out of the 10 demands raised by Anganwadi workers, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has already fulfilled nine demands.

While some Anganwadi groups responded positively to the discussions, others insisted that the salary hike should be implemented immediately.

The issue has become an important topic in the state as Anganwadi workers continue to demand better pay and improved working conditions.
