Описание: My cousin Peter chose to die in his nursing home of the virus rather then fight it. He was old and he was deaf and he was sick and he did not want his wife to witness it.

But being the beautiful writer and thinker that he was, and with his devotion to his wife and love Dotty, they took it on with gusto when the local NPR station in New Hampshire asked them to record their experiences. .

The results affected my extended family so positively that I thought I would honor Peter and Dotty for their effort by sharing it with you, my subscribers.

Death is not easy. Life is not easy. Being in a nursing home is not easy. It is especially not easy with the pandemic. My cousin Peter and his love Dottie chose to live their days with positive thinking expressed to each other each time they were together. When I see this video, it makes me feel good not only because of my cousin Peter but also because life is a beautiful experience and the two of them expressed so gently and had the foresight to record it.

During this pandemic tearing so many families apart, there are many stories to be told. All like this one in some ways. All unique in other ways.
