UBE MOIST CAKE NO BAKE NO OVEN NEGOSYO RECIPE
Ingredients
Cake Base
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup evap milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp ube flavor for liquid or
(1/2 cup if using ube powder)
1 cup hot water
Ube Frosting
1 cup evap milk
2 eggyolks
1 can condensed milk 390g
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp ube flavor for liquid or
(1/4 cup for ube powder)
1/2 tsp violet food color
