This one came together pretty quick.
On Wednesday, I was happened to catch Keshi's song in rotation while driving. I had forgotten about this little catchy song that I don't think really got any traction on the charts, but it stuck in my head. That evening, I started to cut the song down and finalized it by Thursday night (discovering the alternative intro version used here in the process).
On Friday, as I often do with songs that I've chopped/mixed up, I had it on repeat on my way into work.
By the time I was driving home, I had a quick cut of an image in my head linked to literally 4 lines of the hook where Jessica Alba (from her 2003 movie "Honey") choreographing a class.
I then spent maybe 90 minutes searching for clips of Alba on YouTube on Friday night and hunkered down in The Workshop to start with editing.
Saturday afternoon -- completed video.
Feeling inspired while also not feeling deadass tired is a rarity -very much a bummer- but I definitely had a good time making this one.
