Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 500g,
Marination for chicken:
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Water 1-2 tbsp
oil 3-4 tbsp ( for frying)
Sauce Ingredients:
Oyster sauce 1/4 cup
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Sugar 1tbsp
Corn flour 1tbsp
For main dish:
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1tbsp
Onion 1 (thick sliced)
Capsicum 1 (triangular pieces)
Cashews 18-20
Red chili whole ( dried) 8-10
