CBSE New notice still doesn't cater to the Medical students with Chemistry honours/main subject with zoology botany as subsidiary subjects.
seems like they heard us but didn't quite check the essential qualifications mentioned. I hope they see this and actually bring something reliable and solid solution.

Subject: TGT Science subject combination is still
not applicable, as aggregate of chemistry zoology botany is not given, only a specific combination or honours in zoology/botany/biology is available for both KVS NVS on the application form.
Sir/madam,
I have read the new notice that has been released many times and it says to match the essential qualification word to word. The issue is in the exact matching of the subjects.
The essential qualification that has been mentioned on the application form for TGT is -
Yes - I have studied Biology/Life Science/Botany/ Zoology as Honours/Main Subject in at least three years/06 Semesters in graduation/four years integrated degree course with following combination of subjects for at least one year or any 2 semesters. Main Subject - Biology/Life Science Subsidiary Subjects - 1. Chemistry & 2.Botany or Zoology Main Subject - Botany Subsidiary Subjects - 1. Chemistry &2. Zoology Main Subject - Zoology Subsidiary Subjects - 1. Chemistry &2. Botany
The question is where is the option for those students with Chemistry as main subject or honours in chemistry with Botany and zoology as subsidiary subjects.
There is nowhere written about the aggregate of chemistry zoology botany as well.
This is the real issue !
Nowhere in the application form do we come upon the essential qualification to be aggregate of Chemistry Botany Zoology or Chemistry honours with zoology botany as subsidiary subjects.
I had to go specifically research on kvs and nvs site where for KVS aggregate is allowed but how can we select yes if your instructions of matching it word to word doesn't follow.
Even if we select KVS alone then too the essential qualification doesn't change automatically it still remains the same word to word which doesn't match for chemistry major medical students.
Should we too select yes in this qualification?
Will we be later considered ineligible?
It's not easy for a student to spend 2000 rupees just to realise they are not eligible.
The problem is in the option provided.
Please, I humbly request you to either edit the option or
generate another option to aggregate of Chemistry Botany Zoology or
bring out an official notification taking into consideration this plea of students and officially announce that students with any combination of Chemistry Botany Zoology should select yes and then only select KVS and that such students won't be later on considered ineligible even though the qualification didn't match word to word.
And if such students are not eligible then why?
Because there is no logic in not allowing Chemistry main subject medical students to apply for TGT science.
This clarity is what the students need!
Thank you so much for listening and bringing out notices but it would be extremely helpful if you would clarify this issue.
I apologise for my frantic careless words, I hope you understand!
Yours Sincerely
Student
