As the investigation of the car crash which killed Princess Diana now focuses on the driver being over the legal alcohol limit, Dodi Fayed's family are still pursuing legal action against the paparazzi.
Michael Cole, Mohammed Al-Fayed's spokesman, says those responsible for the crime should be brought to justice.
At Harrods in London people were still queuing to sign the book of condolences set up outside the shop.
Dodi Fayed's father Mohammed Al-Fayed owns the prestigious store and it is he who wants to pursue a civil claim against the paparazzi whom he holds responsible for the death of his son and Princess Diana.
But the latest news suggests that the driver of the Mercedes was three times over the legal drink-drive limit and his driving could have contributed to the accident.
However Al-Fayed's spokesman Michael Cole says this makes little difference and that his employer is pursuing his civil claim because he wants to know the facts.
SOUNDBITE:
Mr Al-Fayed is not suing for money. If the whole of Harrods was filled with money from the basement to the dome, it wouldn't be enough money to compensate for the loss of the lives of these two vibrant and wonderful people. Mr Al-Fayed wants the facts known and that is why he has taken these civil proceedings.

For those who still mourn Princess Diana and her lover Dodi, the facts surrounding their tragic deaths could still take some time coming.
