It was one of those cloudy days when raindrops fell on my studio window, knocked. And with that, I set both the theme and the beat for my album “Seefeld”. Because as common as heavenly water is, we all too quickly forget how indispensable it is for all life on our planet. So, I set about translating the perpetual cycle of water tonally. Starting with the individual drops and flakes that fall to earth to form streams and rivers that pour into the ocean to complete the cycle from there as rising water vapor.
