Описание: Če rešiš enega otroka, si rešil cel svet! Manuela svoj moto uresničuje na dnevni ravni kot vodja kriznega centra za otroke. V svojem govoru nas navduši, da se skladno z njenim motom vedemo tudi mi. Early in her childhood, Manuela abandoned the dream of becoming a model and a singer and told her parents that she wanted to help others. She began by rescuing and bringing home abandoned cats and secretly feeding puppies. When it was time for her to go to college, the decision to study Social Work seemed obvious. She embarked on a journey to save the world but was soon disappointed. Manuela discovered that she could not save everyone and that the world was not aboout ˇall or nothing." She became the manager of the Child crisis center Palčica (Thumbelina) which is the only such center in Slovenia. It accepts children who were taken from their parents, were abused or abandoned. In the ten years since Manuela has taken over Palčica, the center accepted over 400 children. Each of them with a story of its own. Manuela now follows a different philosophy: if you save one child, you save the whole world.
