There are times when we want to get unstuck so badly that we’d do anything for it. However, even with the best of plans, sometimes our minds sabotage our efforts. We lack confidence, doubt our abilities to make a change, and the imposter syndrome makes an appearance.

In this video snippet of the podcast episode we recorded together, Shira Miller and I talk about how to deal with imposter syndrome and she shares some very interesting exercises coaches can try themselves and/or with their clients to help them get unstuck.

We also recognised that on our quest to get unstuck and live the life we want, we deal with both inner and outer saboteurs and we touched upon that too in our conversation.
