The Hispanic Heritage Council of Western New York celebrated Hispanic heritage month next to thousands at Kleinhans Music Hall Friday night. It was the main event of the month, where famous band Los Hermanos Morenos, Borinquen Dance Theater and other local dance groups were showcased.
