Note: Shoshana’s 4th show as Elphaba. Often mislabeled as Shoshana's debut, Shoshana’s actual debut as Elphaba was at the matinee on Saturday, October 16th, 2004. She also performed for the evening show that same day, as well as the Sunday October 17th matinee (there was only one show that Sunday). With no shows on Monday the 18th, that would make Tuesday, October 19th, 2004 her FOURTH show as Elphaba.
