By using the FITT Principle:
FITT (frequency, intensity, time, and type) is one way to remember the general guidelines for what should be included in a fitness plan. 💪🏽
Especially when you feel your body is gettitng used to the workouts.
Try to change one or more of the following principles as I mention in the video and then you can see the difference over the next few weeks!
More importantly you will learn how your body responded to the changes!
