Описание: Ayubia National Park (ایوبیہ ملی باغ‎), is a protected area of 3,312 hectares located in Abbottabad District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. It was declared a national park in 1984. Ayubia was named after Muhammad Ayub Khan (1958–1969), second President of Pakistan. The area supports temperate coniferous forest and temperate broadleaf and mixed forest ecoregion habitats, with an average elevation of 8,000 feet (2,400 m) above sea level.
Ayubia National Park is surrounded by seven major villages and three small towns of Thandiani, Nathiagali and Khanspur. The park has been developed as a resort complex from a combination of four mini resorts of Khaira Gali, Changla Gali, Khanspur and Ghora Dhaka in Galyat. Currently, it is managed by the Wildlife and Parks Department of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In Ayubia you can do different adventurous things like tracking, hiking, chairlift ride, shopping of traditional gifts and can also enjoy wildlife in Ayubia National Park. Pipeline Walking Track in Ayubia is one of the beautiful walking tracks in Pakistan and all over world, having a length of 4 kilometers and runs from Ayubia to Nathiagali. Pipeline Walking Track is a must visit place in Ayubia.
Ayubia chairlift is also a main attraction for tourists but ticket que is long and you have to wait patiently for your turn. People who are interested to take chairlift ride come early to grab the ticket. Ayubia chairlift takes the visitors to Mushkpuri top for a view of the forested hills. Ayubia chairlift was the first recreation facility developed in Pakistan and is still a major attraction for visitors. Chairlift is swift and you reach at the top quickly and surrounding view is also beautiful. You are floating in a clouds. At the top a small park is also constructed for children. Although park situation is not good and must repair all rides.
