Queen bed + sofa bed + upper bunk
NO wall Murphy bed (4th sleeping spot only)
Slightly more floor space in the room
Better for: Families of 3-4, those who don't need the 5th bed

*5-Guest Layout (My Other Video - Room 8016):*
284 sq ft (larger!)
Queen bed + sofa bed + upper bunk + wall Murphy bed
That 5th sleeping spot takes up wall/floor space
Better for: Families of 5, groups wanting maximum sleeping capacity
