In today’s episode, we reach the final and most exciting part of the Hero Honda CD100 engine disassembly — splitting the crankcase and exposing the entire heart of the engine.

Before opening the casing, I’ll walk you through the full preparation process:
– How to identify each crankcase bolt and understand their placement
– How to check for hidden bolts that often stop the casing from opening
– The correct way to support the engine so nothing gets damaged
– How to split the crankcase safely without any damage

Once the crankcase opens, I take out each component one by one:

🔧 Lift out the crankshaft (this one needs a full overhaul)
🔧 Remove the kickshaft assembly
🔧 Extract the gearbox set
🔧 Clear both sides of the engine chamber — bearings, bushes, and oil seals

Every step is shown with clear angles, close-up views, and crisp audio so anyone restoring a Hero CD100, Splendor, or Passion engine can follow it easily. You’ll also see why some parts get jammed, how to recognise damage, and the small details that most tutorials skip.

इंजन चेम्बर खोलने से पहले मैं आपको ज़रूरी तैयारी स्टेप्स दिखाऊंगा:
– इंजन चेम्बर बोल्ट की सही पहचान
– वे हिडन बोल्ट जो केस को खुलने नहीं देते
– इंजन को सुरक्षित तरीके से सपोर्ट करना
– केस को बिना नुकसान के अलग करने की ट्रिक

इंजन चेम्बर खुलते ही हम एक-एक कर सभी पार्ट निकालते हैं:

🔧 क्रैंक शाफ्ट (जिसे पूरी रिपेयरिंग की ज़रूरत है)
🔧 किक शाफ्ट असेंबली
🔧 गियर बॉक्स
🔧 दोनों चैंबर से बेयरिंग, बुश और ऑयल सील

हर स्टेप क्लियर एंगल्स और क्लोज़-अप शॉट के साथ दिखाया गया है, ताकि कोई भी CD100, Splendor या Passion इंजन खुद खोल रहा हो तो आसानी से फॉलो कर सके. साथ ही आपको फँसे हुए पार्ट की पहचान, डैमेज चेक और वो छोटी डिटेल्स भी समझ आएंगी जो अक्सर छूट जाती हैं.
