It's been about 20 years since outlets ranging from CNN to Newsweek declared that indoor shopping malls were obsolete. “Dead malls" now litter the country, each a remnant of the retail apocalypse… but let me ask you this: Are malls dead or do they just need better stores?
Following in the footsteps of Static Tape Video out in Michigan, I opened a physical media store in a shopping mall and I want to know: Am I crazy or am I onto something?
