This isn't a Tennant or Smith bashing video. Though Matt is my favorite Doctor next to Patrick Troughton, he's always evolving.
There are tons of effects in this one though. It took me hours to keyframe about 20 cookie cutters around Matt's hand at the end. Never have I rendered a video this many times either.
