Maschinenbau Strunk GmbH in Langenbach has almost completely digitized its tool management. The solution combines a HAIMER Microset tool presetter, WinTool tool management software, and the Toolbase dispensing system.

Tools are measured precisely, compared with target values, and documented directly in WinTool. This creates digital twins that show exactly where each tool is located and how much tool life remains. Thanks to the integration with CAD CAM and ERP systems, programming is based on real tool data. The result is higher process reliability and more efficient setup operations.
