Made a video on how to create a nice glowing effect on any smartphone that has an NFC chip built in - Just like the old Nokia days with the flashing sticker!
Simply use an NFC circuit chip with an LED built in and place at the back of the NFC receiver of the smartphone/device and either glue or use something to hold in place (I've used my phone case!)
When the phone is unlocked - The NFC chip inside the handset is activated, hence creating a radio link with the NFC circuit and causing the LED to flash.
Great thing is it does not use up any additional power or battery! :) Simply uses the power generated by the NFC chip to activate and power up the LED circuit...
It's quite cool as people ask about it.. Not too bright and looks like a part of the overall design of the handset... Oh and looks great when it's dark! :D
