Описание: This video looks at ten different roles in community pharmacy in the UK in 2021. Community pharmacy in the UK is diverse and dynamic, with various job/career roles which are changing as the healthcare landscape changes. This video looks at five roles that can be obtained through working in a pharmacy alongside accredited courses, as well as the five roles in the pharmacy journey from completing an MPharm undergraduate degree through to being a qualified pharmacist.

The roles in part 1 look at medicines counter assistants, dispensing assistants, pharmacy technicians, accreditied checking technicians, and managers.

The roles in part 2 look at MPharm pharmacy students, trainee pharmacists (formerly known as pre-registration trainees), provisionally registered pharmacists, pharmacists and the responsible pharmacist, and superintendent pharmacist.

These are not the only roles in pharmacy, but provides a brief introduction as to what is available. There are also many roles such as delivery driving, administrative assistants, assistant managers and others that can also be found working in community pharmacy in the UK.
