In this video, I put two popular forehand grips to the test using the TechDisc simulator:
🔹 2-Finger Stacked Grip (Nate Sexton's Super Finger)
🔹 1-Finger Grip (my usual go-to)
In a clip Innova posted Nate Sexton threw out there that all good forehand throwers use 2 fingers. Well, I'm pretty good at forehand and only use 1. So let's see who is right. I threw 10 shots with each grip in a controlled simulator environment and then used TechDisc Throw Sets to compare the data side by side.
The results were close... did one grip clearly gave me better control and consistency?
