El Jiu Jitsu Gracie o Brasilero es el arte marcial por excelencia para defenderse en una pelea callejera. Con tan solo 6-12 meses de entrenamiento el practicante de Jiu Jitsu estará en capacidad de confrontar una pelea callejera con total control sobre la situación y su oponente sin importar si su oponente tiene o no algún conocimiento de artes marciales o su estatura o peso. Ademas, para empezar a entrenar Jiu Jitsu no es necesario tener conocimientos previos de artes marciales. Tampoco es importante la edad ni la condición física ya que el Jiu Jitsu puede ser practicado por todo tipo de personas sin dificultad.
