Here are our favorite yeast strains for 5 common beer styles. We've tried all of these strains and highly recommend them. We'll be discussing ale, lager, cold IPA, west coast IPA, and hazy IPA. We've also thrown a bonus strain in there for the folks who find themselves behind schedule.
