Ingredients
Banana – 2
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
Sugar – ½ cup
Eggs – 2
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Almond flour – 2 ½ cups
Cashew nuts – ½ cups (You can use any nuts you prefer)
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth
Add all ingredients- baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar and eggs. Mix well.
Fold in the almond flour and combine until smooth and lump free
Pour batter evenly into the greased baking pan
Add roasted cashews on top
Bake for 35-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Slice and serve when it cools completely.
