"Build a simple web app called Role Launcher.

This app replaces old-fashioned hiring intake forms.

When a hiring manager wants a role to go live, they start here.

The app should guide them through a short, step-by-step role kick-off with no backend or database.

Include 5 steps:

1. Role context
Role title, team, reporting line, and why this role exists right now.

2. Success definition
What success looks like after 6 months, what would make this hire a clear win, and what would cause it to fail even if the CV looks good.

3. Must-haves & trade-offs
3–5 must-have skills, things they are willing to compromise on, and any deal breakers.

4. Interview focus areas
What interviews should really test and where candidates usually fall down.

5. Generate
On submit, generate:
– A clean role summary
– A draft job description
– Interview scorecard criteria
– A recruiter kick-off brief

Keep the UI clean, modern, and minimal.
Use cards, clear spacing, and a simple progress indicator.

This should feel like a lightweight internal tool a modern tech company would actually use.
