Is Flins still good without Ineffa, short answer yes, very much so.
I didn't actually plan on making this video, but Flins is just such a cool character I had to pull for him. Unfortunately I don't have Ineffa who is his best support, and you want her on almost all of his teams, so I had to get a bit creative with the teams I used. I didn't even manage to get him on a proper artifact set or get him fully leveled up, but he still did a really good amount of damage. I hope you enjoy the video.
