the intraday timeframe when selling options because you won't be able to modify your trade if the market starts with a gap up or gap down against you.

5) Bringing it all together
Rajesh also shares the points to remember while trading:
1) Avoid trading from 9:15am to 9:25 am
2) There are 3 timeframes in which he prefers trading
He shared the backtest result of the strategy he used. He avoids trading from 9:15am to 9:25 am
and 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
